Award-winning housebuilder Inland Homes has announced it is extending the stamp duty holiday deadline at two of its developments until the 30th September 2021..
Provisional estimates for the number of housing sales made in June 2021 were 219% higher than the number of transactions in June 2020, demonstrating the impact that the government stamp duty holiday has had on homebuyers. Offering an unmissable opportunity for homeowners looking to buy a new build property and still enjoy stamp duty savings, award-winning housebuilder Inland Homes is extending the deadline at two of its developments until the 30th September 2021. Applied at Venue in Maidenhead and Randalls in Uxbridge, this generous extension will give interested homebuyers the opportunity to save thousands of pounds when buying their new home. Helping purchasers to secure a new home, Inland’s stamp duty holiday extension will provide a stamp duty saving for properties priced between £250,000 and £500,000. In order to qualify, sales must be legally completed between 1st July 2021 and 30th September 2021.
