Help to Buy offers fantastic assistance for first-time buyers who may think their homeowning dream is out of reach, offering the chance to reserve a brand new property with just a 5% deposit. We hope that this weekend at Randalls will answer many of those burning questions for house-hunters looking to buy their first home in Uxbridge, with a professional insight into the London Help to Buy scheme by our knowledgeable sales team.”
Under the revised London Help to Buy scheme, the Government lends first-time buyers up to 40% of the cost of a newly built home up to the value of £600,000. Purchasers will not be charged loan fees on the 40% for the first five years of owning their home in the UK.
